Which are better vitamin e oil or vitamin e caplets or are the both the same to treat acne scars?

i just bought some vitamim e oil and i just wanted to know whether it would work better or if it would work at all cause i heard someone say it helps get rid of acne scars

Best to get the oil instead of caplets that are made to be ingested.
But Be sure to read the labels. Some Vitamin E oil may be diluted with soybean oil. The label should tell you how many international units (IU) the product contains. For example, you can purchase Vitamin E oil that is strictly that, with no soybean oil or other plant oils at 32,000 or 40,000 IUs.
Vitamin E oil has anti-inflammatory properties for wound healing.
So it will help in that aspect.
Both at the same time is fine to ..
