For many people living in Florida, plastic surgery means going under the surgeon’s scalpel to have a procedure. However, many board certified plastic surgeons also have a number of non-surgical procedures available to their patients. Many of these procedures are very effective at helping the patient achieve the younger look they are after. If you are interested in having something done to help with the tell-tale signs of age but would prefer a non-surgical solution, these are some of the procedures you might want to think about.
Some Florida plastic surgery facilities offer laser skin resurfacing. This procedure is designed to remove lines and wrinkles; reduce or eliminate sun damage, acne scars and blemishes and even uneven pigmentations. This gives the skin a younger, smoother appearance. Many patients who have had this procedure have felt that they look as good as if they had received a facelift. Especially for those who combine this procedure with cheek augmentation, the results are amazing.

Perhaps due to reluctance of being considered vain or self-centered, men have, for the most part, shied away from undergoing plastic surgery over the years.
While they might go so far as to wear special undergarments to squeeze their body in to a more “fit” appearance, dye their hair or even wear a “wig” (aka toupee), actually seeking the aid of a surgeon to make corrections to areas on their body they consider physically inadequate was pretty much out of the question.
