I have some severe acne scars and am willing to try just about anything to help get rid of them. Does this product work as advertised?

I have bad acne and I can’t stop picking at it. At that time of the month I typically get it the worst. Is there a good at home remedie to help me heal the blemishes. They are ordinarily red and they get pussy (I know its gross, im sorry) Then when I pick on it since my skin is so sensitive I get brown scars. I need a way to get rid of the scars without making my skin oily and making my zits worse. Also need a way to get puss out of zits and dry them out without over drying my face.
