I’m only 19 years old and I have a bunch of acne scars, like red dots on my face. What can I use to clear my face up and make it lighter?

i have new acne scars.

I had moderate acne as a teenager but I have three or four large acne scars that are enlarged pores. They are pretty big and very easy to see as they are dented in and my skin is not smooth. Can plastic surgery or something else work? Please help!!!!
