Is there a face medicine that will get rid of acne while also getting rid of acne scars?

I have little acne but a lot of scars and I was wondering which acne treatment, if there is one, that could do to jobs at once.

I’m currently having treatment for acne scarring – it’s a Power Pumpkin resurfacing treatment from Dermaquest. You can only have it done in salons and it’s not cheap (I pay £60 per treatment) but after 2 treatments I have noticed a difference, they recommend around 6 treatments. You also have to use a balance kit for 2 weeks prior to and during treatment, which consists of 6 products (cleanser, 3 serums, moisturiser and SPF) and I noticed a difference from that after 2 weeks, and that was before the treatments even started. The products alone will balance your skin and it’ll appear smoother and clearer. The treatment really is worth doing.
Another option is Bio-Oil which apparently makes a difference but I think you have to use it for quite a while to notice changes. It’s certainly cheaper though!
I’ve used loads of different treatments including Creme de la Mer moisturiser, a cream from a chinese herbalist doctor person, Decleor Prolagene gel, Bio-Oil, etc etc. All seem to make small difference but I never had the patience to use it for as long as I probably needed to! The Dermaquest treatment I mentioned is much quicker!
The other option is laser treatment but it can be expensive and on the painful side. IPL is similar but isn’t painful (I’ve not had an IPL treatment but I did have a skin test so I know it’s not painful
)
There are plenty of options, it just all depends on how quickly you want to see results and how much you’re willing to pay.
