hey ray, after washing and using a light moisturizer on my face, it felt nice, but then few hours later, my face gets oily, so do you think its okay for me to gently wipe off the oil on my face with a paper towel? or will that irrate my skin because i do have pretty bad acne.

@vietnamese0 cetaphil just helps to clean your face properly, if you really want to “cure” your acne you have to eat a healthy diet and give your body the necessary resources to cure itself naturally.
@0021able Cetaphil is just a face wash, remember not to rely too heavily on external products. While it’s important to wash your face you really can use whatever you want (of course it depends on your skin type a bit) but remember to focus on diet and clearing your acne from the inside. hi ray , i have oily skin,. just want to ask if cetaphil oily skin cleanser works or cetaphil gentle cleanser works better?

I have very sensitive skin and use Cetaphil liquid cleanser too and I’ve never have irritation from the cleanser (knock wood 
That’s also great that you’d stretched before getting out of bed since I’d just gone to a free seminar about posture and body mechanics (lifting objects more safely) and the speaker recommended doing gentle stretching upon waking up from sleep. Take good care.

@gresia15 I use the same cleanser, it’s just a basic face wash. i used to have to rely heavily on external products like face washes and creams but now a simple face wash suffices. it’s very important that you get the inside of your body fixed so that pimples don’t keep coming back out. check out howtoclearyouracne . com for more details for free
