I don’t know what to tell you if you can’t buy anything… just do your best. Drink plenty of water and eat as healthy as you can.

Wow!!! Well there’s one of my big problems/reasons for having bad skin!! I have had trouble breathing through my nose my whole life! Pretty sure that at night time I only breath through my nose like 2-3 times a year – I can’t help it! I’ve gone to the doctors forever trying to get it fixed; the last time I went they cauterized inside my nose and it was very uncomfortable… (by the way I go to Kaiser and they suck!) And after that didn’t work they wanted to break a bone in my nose…

(had to continue from down below because I ran out of room! lol)
So they wanted to break a bone in my nose and leave it there – I forget what the procedure is called, but they said it’s difficult to do, half the time doesn’t work, and has a long recovery time – So I have been kool off of trying it!

Interesting… I don’t know if you need to break a bone to do that! When I started It was hard for me to breathe through my nose too but I just practiced daily to breathe through my nose while I am awake and conscious of it. I still don’t know if I breathe through my nose all the time when i’m asleep!

Well it’s stupid that I can’t breathe through my nose at night because I can breathe through my nose during the day… probably not 100%, but definitely enough to not have me walking around looking like napoleon dynamite with my mouth all open Lol!

Mine seems to break out around, the T Zone and little bit around the front part of my cheeks.
So would that mean that my heart and lungs are having problems? I am a teenager lol don’t get how I should cure that.

Also, your T-zone is your stomach too, so it could be digestion related or dietary as well (upper part of the cheeks is also liver, stomach and kidneys).

my diet is what u say to eat healthy and i drink lots of water just skip out on some days by accident and i drink lemon water..i wash with old spice ..its somewhat clearer since yesterday im seeing results….
