How about reducing large pores?

Im an eighteen year old male, and have a problem with acne for the past few years. Unfortunately, there leaving scars which doesnt look too good. Basically smooth skin is what i need NOW! Anyone have any solutions, possibly natural ones? Any tips and information would be of great help, thanks a ton, cheers!

After the acne left, brown shallow scars replaced them. Are there any over the counter solutions i can find in a drug store?

They’re red scars, and look like zits still, but they’ve been there for a long time and still wont go away. I don’t want to cover them up with makeup, I want some sort of acne solution for it.
