Acne Scars due to severe acne. They can variety from deep pits to scars that are angular or wavelike in appearance. Acne scars typically look like “ice pick” pit scars or craterlike scars. Acne scarring results when the visible remnants of acne are permanently left on the skin after the acne itself subsides. Acne scars are often prominently visible on the face. There are two general types of acne scars, (1) scars caused by increased tissue formation, and (2) scars caused by loss of tissue. The best way of treating acne scars is to start early and continue for as long as is necessary.
Microdermabrasion acne scar treatment choice advances extensive skin tone and lustre and appears to assist external squashy acne scars. It also works best if you get a series of at least 6 peels, having one every 1-2 weeks. It employs very fine aluminum crystals to create a micro dermabrasion effect on the skin. Scarring as a result of acne can be permanent and depressing. Acne scar prevention is important to anyone who gets blemishes because scars are a permanent reminder of your struggle with bad skin. A scar is characterized by a discolored, slightly raised, or slightly indented mark that remains visible for an extended period of time. After a blemish heals, within a few weeks you should not be able to tell what was once there.
Acne scar prevention is quite simple. Severe cases of acne should never be left untreated. Cystic acne is the most prevalent in causing scar. Visit a dermatologist so he can figure out the best method to treatment of your acne. He/She may choose to inject a corticosteroid into a cyst to decrease the inflammation if it appears bad enough to cause a scar. Avoid rupturing pimples at all costs. Acne sufferers face more than one concern. There is of course the constant nuisance of the acne itself. There is also the anxiety caused by the acne scars and lesions which will render the skin an aesthetic disaster. The reason for this is that most people believe that acne is a temporary situation whereas you are stuck with acne scars for the rest of your life.
Undoubtedly there are numerous acne scar treatments in the market today which work quite well. But the downside is there are some types of acne whose scars cannot be eliminated because they run too deep. Therefore you must ensure that no scars form in the first place because you wouldn’t want to take on the emotional and financial burden of dealing with permanent scars.

Since I have some acne scarring, I am lucky I don’t have signs of aging on top of it, but in my mid 30s, I need to start prevention….
I need a good eye cream , anti-wrinkle, and dark circles, which is effective, but not too greasy for the rest of my skin.
Can anyone recommend a good, effective product?

I apologize in advance, this is looong:
My skin type: My skin gets oily in certain areas (mostly my forehead, around my nose, and chin), and it’s acne prone mostly due to stress and allergies. I don’t get a lot of white heads or black heads, I get those nasty bumps that are deep in the skin (usually one or two at a time), and take about a week to surface. They don’t look too bad since they can usually easily be hidden with concealer, but they hurt terribly. Since I’m naturally fair, any redness on my skin and scars are pretty noticeable.
What I’ve tried for skin care: You name it, I’ve probably tried it. I’ve been using mostly those 3 step kits, and I use them for several months before making my conclusion. I haven’t resorted to pills because I just don’t like having to remember to take medicine on a daily basis. Everything I have tried has irritated my skin pretty badly, except Proactiv. But all that did was strip my skin of any moisture. I’m using Olay right now to keep my skin moisturized. Luckily it doesn’t aggravate my acne. I ultimately want to get rid of (or at least fade) my acne scars (as well as scars from sparring), and obviously prevent acne so my face doesn’t hurt and I won’t have to worry about more scar prevention.
