Higher end procedures

The most popular surgeries are breast enhancement, tummy tuck, and liposuction.

Breast enhancement increases the size of the breasts with saline or gel implants. Most prefer silicone over saline, due to the fact they have a more natural feel and resist rippling. However, saline implants are less expensive and ruptures are easier to detect.

A tummy tuck consists of the physician cutting away fat and excess skin caused by extreme weight loss or multiple pregnancies, then tightening the skin to a smoother appearance.
