As I am from Ireland the household electricity is different than the us. To use the bulbs I had to get a lamp converted to american electrical specifications and a get a voltage adapter to use it in an Irish socket (an extra 70 Euro in total). If the company doesn't have bulbs that will work in Ireland, they shouldn't ship it to an Irish address. <br /> <br />2. The bulbs are not very powerful and cover a small area aproximately 7 inchs diameter at maximum recommended distance. Each bulb is recommended to be used 15 mins daily. There are better products out there, even if you had to spend 100 or 200 dollars more it would be worth it.
