Acne Scar Removal Creams

There are two major contributing factors to the development of acne scars. The first of these factors is the increased amount of tissue that can form around pimples. These scars are often referred to as either hypertrophic scars or keloids. In many cases these scars will get smaller over a long period of time.

The second major contributing factor to the development of acne scars is a loss of tissue at the point of the pimple. This can be caused by the inflamed skin in and around the pimple, which may eventually fall off, or be picked off by the acne sufferer. This can create unsightly crevices or craters in the skin. These do not typically go away on their own. Fortunately science is coming up with new treatments to help remove these acne scars.

Question by chie_bee: what brand of night cream is best for treating acne scars? for 10 points?
Currently I am using the Loreal Revitalift facial wash in the morning and at night before sleep. Then I also use the Maybelline liquid foundation as a base then Clean and Clear face powder for that whenever I am going to school or outside. Then when coming home I use a toner to wipe the base and the foundation. I want to use a night cream for my acne scars, and btw I bought a bb cream from maybelline hoping it will be effective. Thank you!

Severe cystic acne and nodules are pimples on steroids. Unfortunately, cystic acne are the most difficult acne to cure. Many companies come up with “cystic acne treatment” products that offer false promises – almost all topical treatments for cystic acne do not work. I’ve tried many of them, yielding further infection to no results. Here’s why.

Adolescence and the early 20′s are the stages in which acne is prevalent. Due to hormonal alterations during this transition, adolescents and young adults often have breakouts of acne.
