im using actual shea butter, not altered in any way, not brought from any pharmacy, i think its unrefined.

white acne spots/scars?
ive had a lot of acne on my back and chest. but ive gotten rid of them all with accutane. but i was lwft with these white spots (scars) on my back. theyre pretty flat but they have a VERY white pigment which makes them really noticable. i asked my dermatologist and he basically told me there was nothing i could do.
