I have acne scarring on my back, and i heard about a topical cream called Bioskinexfol it’s suppose a microdermabrasion product..has anyone tried it?…or heard of it, what were your results?

I am African American and have medium brown skin. Basically the same color as Rihanna, but without the clear skin. I have a lot of dark marks on my face and neck from acne and a few from ingrown hairs. I rarely have any breakouts anymore, but the scars are still there. Are there any good over the counter products that would work for me?

I am 15 years old, and have acne since I was 9 or 10. I now have acne scars, along with acne, because I have had mild acne. I do not have as much as I use to, but I still have a lot. I wanted to know if anyone has used any method to completely remove acne? And, is there any product out there, that effectively gets rid of acne scars (otherwise, my only choice is laser treatment!)?

I have these like purple spots on my face which I believe came from previous acne. I have been waiting for them to go away but they havent and it seems like forever. If you look at my face its all you notice. so what are some home remedies that i can try? also does vitamin e oil help? if so how long will it take?
they are pretty bad, i have had scars from cuts that fade faster..so i dont know why they are so bad.

I am 39 and have acne scars, not as bad as some but enough to bother me. I took accutane when I was a teen and it first came out. It worked splendidly and I had no scars or acne until I was 21 and got pregnant, 3rd time, and started to break out again. I did not with the other two pregnancies. So I started taking accutane again and it didn’t work that time and I don’t break out anymore but the scars are painful reminders and I hate makeup. Does anyone know of anything, by trial and error or trial and worked, if there is something I don’t know of that will help, not completely take them away. I know that is impossible and I am not getting a chemical peel. My aunt did and it was PAINFUL and didn’t do anything good at all. Please only intelligent answers, this is a personal thing and I don’t let it bother me around people but it does bother me when I look in the mirror. Thank you!
Been there and done that with the Vitamin E and it clogs my pores and doesn’t help, I use cocoa butter all over my body and it has never helped with any scar, just keeps my skin soft. I don’t buy anything OTC, all I am using on my face is Dove soap, recommended by the Dermatologist, who wants to do a chemical peel.
I don’t have active acne, just scars.
